I met Chinmay and Kirti around and Decade ago and they wanted to introduce their Daughter Ravi to the Indian wildlife. They trusted in my ability to track tigers and we were the only group to spot the young sub-adult Tiger Kalua feasting on his solo kill

We also spotted Tigress Choti Tara with her cubs and the bold Tiger Yuvraj. What an amazing way to start your wildlife journey

This is Tiger Kalua from Tadoba, the bold cub of Tigress Babli and the Gentle Giant of Tadoba~ Chota Matka🐯🐯

Kalua is a sub-adult cub, on the verge of separation from his mother and being independent, and we were glad to see him make this kill all on his own.

On 21st October, during an evening Safari, we were the only lucky group who sighed tiger Kalua. I was with my guests Chinmay & Kirti who wanted to introduce their daughter to Indian Wildlife and trusted my skills in tracking tigers. What an amazing introduction it was. Along with Kalua, we spotted Tigress Choti Tara with her cubs and the bold Tiger Yuvraj.

Have you sighted a tiger this Safari Season?
This is Shambhu, a dominant Tiger from Tadoba National Park🐯🐯

A section of Moharli buffer was occupied by Taru, a Tiger with huge build and strength. Shambhu entered Taru`s territory and defeated him claiming both Taru`s territory and his queen Choti Madhu

Shambhu`s confidence and strength was on full display when a crowd of excitement tourists and wildlife enthusiasts saw Tiger Taru retreat and avoid confrontation with Shambhu

Shambhu`s lineage hasn`t been confirmed but it`s believed he came from the Kolsa zone. Due to his massive size and strength, many believe he is sired by either Waghdoh or Bajrang, the two legendary tigers of Tadoba who passed away not too long ago. But these are speculations. The truth is we don`t know who his parents are

My first sighting from this season was of Tiger Shambhu and it felt like he was greeting me and my guests, welcoming us to the wilderness of Indian jungles🐯

As a child, I never envisioned that wildlife would become my life’s true calling. Raised in a modest household, where the essentials were often scarce, I was rich in only one thing—my dreams. Whether it was becoming an armed forces officer, a devoted husband, a great father, or perhaps an entrepreneur, I always knew one thing for certain: I was destined to make a meaningful impact & to excel in whatever I pursued.
But as time passed, life’s responsibilities took precedence. Those once vivid dreams seemed to recede into the distance as I took on extra shifts as a Marketing Manager, working to meet the demands of daily life. Yet, despite the distance from my original ambitions, the drive to achieve something greater never faltered—it remained deeply rooted within me.
With unwavering determination, I set out to create something significant. Within five years, my profound connection to nature guided me toward building a business that embodies the essence of today’s world: sustainable, ecological, profitable, & fueled by passion - Aranya. This venture, born from my deep love for the wild, is a testament to my commitment to both the environment & the pursuit of purposeful work.
While I owe much to perseverance & hard work, I am profoundly grateful to the universe for its guidance at every turn. I am also deeply thankful to my family & to every one of you who have supported me along this journey - Sagar Mitkary, Ranjit Deshmukh, Vijay Golchha, Paul Goldstein, Ranjit Dani, Ananya Sharma Nandkishor Kale, Pranav Udgikar

These are Tigress W- Female`s and Shambhu`s cubs at the Tadoba Mohurli Buffer. They were around 3 months old during this Safari and by the core zone opens, they will be about Six Months old.

Their Father Shambhu is a dominant male and he defeated the mighty Tiger Taru in a fierce fight.
These Cubs will be a major attraction coming Safari Season

Tigress P141 from Panna National Park🐅🔥

P141`s mother was Tigress T1, the first tigress to be relocated to Panna from Bandhavgarh. P141 has had her own cubs now which means that the relocation project was a success. With the rising population of Tigers in Panna, it has become one of the most prominent Tiger Reserves for Safaris and Wildlife Sightings.
